LOTV Pink and Blue

For this project I used Lili of the Valley image stamped in Memento and coloured with Promarkers, Crochet Flowers in Blue and White with a pink centre, Coredinations gemstones cardstock, Pearlescent heart die cut, 'Special Wishes' dome sticker and pearls in white.
I started by making a backing paper of pink gingham on the top, and blue on the bottom. I then used strips of the contrasting colour on each paper to create interest. I then mounted the image on coredinations cardstock and placed in the middle. I added the heart and crochet flowers, and lastly added the sentiment in the bottom left hand corner and a trio of pearls in the top right hand corner.

I would like to enter this into the following challenges:
Lili of the Valley: Pink and Blue
Divas by Design: Pastels
Promarker Challenge: Gingham
Stamps R Us: Through the Garden Gate
Simon Says Stamp: Anything Goes

Crafty Ribbons/Fiskars LED canvas

Good afternoon everyone, hope you are well. I am here to share a backlit canvas using my Fiskars tools in a rather unusual way. I took the canvas off from the frame and folded it in half to randomly punch across the front of the canvas. I kept the cuttings for later. I then stapled the canvas back onto the frame. Next I stapled muslin fabric across the front of the canvas. I then added Clermont Cotton Lace across the bottom of the canvas as a border. I then got out my flexmarkers and coloured the punched canvas pieces in three complimentary colours. I then asked tiny gems to the centre of each and glued them randomly like flowers across the muslin fabric.

Thank you for visiting and for all your lovely comments!

Alkaline Trio lyrics mixed media canvas

I am here to show you a canvas I created using printable cotton, cotton batting, plastic vintage style frame, acrylic paints, die cut foam, metal embellishments, glitters, texture pastes and nail caviar. The lyric fabric I created in a craft program then printed onto cotton, and placed in the frame after I had stuffed the frame with cotton batting.
