OSAAT For the Man

Good afternoon everyone, hope you are well :-) Here I am with my DT card for todays challenge at One Stitch at a Time and our theme is 'For the Man'. I chose this fab digi by Teri available at the store :-) I coloured it with Distress inks on a sponge and then I cut the map. I mounted this onto a Kraft card blank and cut the corners of this to reflect the shape of the map.

I would like to enter this into the following challenges:
Card Makin Mamas: Fathers Day
Jellypark Challenges: Male
Phindys Place: Male
The Stamp Man: Make it for a Male
CRAFT Challenge: Male card
CCEE Stampers: Vintage feel cards
Dutch Dare Challenges: For dad

Thank you for looking and for your lovely comments :-)

Crafty Ribbons/Fiskars LED canvas

Good afternoon everyone, hope you are well. I am here to share a backlit canvas using my Fiskars tools in a rather unusual way. I took the canvas off from the frame and folded it in half to randomly punch across the front of the canvas. I kept the cuttings for later. I then stapled the canvas back onto the frame. Next I stapled muslin fabric across the front of the canvas. I then added Clermont Cotton Lace across the bottom of the canvas as a border. I then got out my flexmarkers and coloured the punched canvas pieces in three complimentary colours. I then asked tiny gems to the centre of each and glued them randomly like flowers across the muslin fabric.

Thank you for visiting and for all your lovely comments!
