LOTV Pampered in Pinks

Good afternoon everyone, hope you are well :-) Here I am with a card made with a new Lili of the Valley stamps I have bought and using some gorgeous Wild Rose studio papers I got free with a magazine.
I coloured my image with Promarkers, Flexmarkers, Copics and a silver gel pen for the mirror and cut round this with a nestie shape. I used stripe paper as my base, then mounted the rose paper and the butterfly paper on Coredinations gemstones card to make a panel and a border. I arranged these then on my border strip I added lace and polka dot ribbon. Then I added butterflies, one cut with a memory box die out of glitter card and one 3D butterfly. Lastly I added three pink shimmer dots from Papermania which came with July's Docrafts goody bag.

While you are here I would like to remind you of my new challenge-I would love you to come and play along! The first challenge is sponsored by the lovely Sarah Hurley who we all know has gorgeous products to play with! :-) Check out her etsy here. All you have to do is make any project which isnt a card or scrapbooking page and link it up and follow the blog :-) So I am looking for all kinds of gorgeous things-jewellery, knitting, gifts, altered art etc :-) Find the challenge here.

I would like to enter this into the following challenges:
Craftymess Challenge: Ribbon and Lace
Always Something Creative: Butterflies
Card and Scrap: Wings
Cupcake Craftroom: Layers

Crafty Ribbons/Fiskars LED canvas

Good afternoon everyone, hope you are well. I am here to share a backlit canvas using my Fiskars tools in a rather unusual way. I took the canvas off from the frame and folded it in half to randomly punch across the front of the canvas. I kept the cuttings for later. I then stapled the canvas back onto the frame. Next I stapled muslin fabric across the front of the canvas. I then added Clermont Cotton Lace across the bottom of the canvas as a border. I then got out my flexmarkers and coloured the punched canvas pieces in three complimentary colours. I then asked tiny gems to the centre of each and glued them randomly like flowers across the muslin fabric.

Thank you for visiting and for all your lovely comments!
