Good morning everyone, hope you are well :-) Here I am with another from my challenge to myself to use my existing stash with a Penny Black card. I have had these stamps for years but I have always been intimidated by colouring animals for some reason, but now I have challenged myself I am facing this fear head on! :-)
I coloured them with Promarkers, Flexmarkers and Copics, then cut around it with a nestie. I used Bo Bunny papers and used the first paper as a mat for my image. I then made a background with panels of paper on brown and cream card and placed these on my card. I used a Memory Box die as a border cut out of Papermania cardstock, and added American Crafts ribbon to this. Lastly I added three buttons in coordinating colours and a 'Happy Couple' greeting.

Vintage Sailing
Good afternoon everyone, hope you are well :-) Here I am with another one of the cards of mine to challenge myself to use what I already own to craft with and to create outside of my comfort zone!
I stamped the ship in brown memento and coloured with Promarkers, I then cut round with a nestie. I then coloured round the edge with Rusty Hinge Distress ink and mounted on shimmery brown cardstock cut with a scalloped nestie. I then used Bo Bunny papers as my base and left the bottom left hand corner open where I stamped the accent stamps directly on the Kraft card base with Black Memento. I then used a Memory box die to cut a border out of gold shimmer card and placed along the bottom, then added My Minds Eye Bloom and Grow fibres as my border on the opening edge of the card. Lastly I used wooden buttons as my embellishments.

I used Coredinations card which complimented these colours to cut a scalloped oval with a nestie. I also used Kraft card as my base under the papers. Dream Valley Die Cuts and Punches
Good evening everyone, hope you are well :-) Here I am with my DT card for Dream Valley Challenges where our theme this fortnight is 'Die Cuts and Punches'. For this card I used a Saturated Canary image ( can you tell she's my favourite?!) which I coloured with Promarkers, Flexmarkers and Copics to match my Lucy Cromwell papers from Papermania. I then cut round the image leaving a wide border and placed her on a panel of patterned paper matted on White glitter card. I used complimenting papers as my base then made a border with another paper with the addition of some American Crafts polka dot ribbon. I placed her panel at a slight slant to add interest. I cut butterflies from white glitter card with a Memory box die, and a Spellbinder die. I placed the little butterflies fluttering away from her net and a larger butterfly as a 3D embellishment in the right hand corner. Lastly I added three card candy at the top left hand side to balance my embellishments.

OSAAT White plus one
Good evening everyone, hope you are well :-) I'm here with my DT card for One Stitch at a Time Challenges where our theme this week is 'White plus one'. I was given this lovely digi to work with which is available at the store. I coloured her with Promarkers, Flexmarkers and Copics to work with Papermania Aqua Capsule Collection papers, some of my oldest design papers but a firm favourite of mine :-) I chose three complimenting papers which I used as a base, panel for my digi to rest on and as a border. I wanted a simple look to this card so I kept the sketch simple. I placed the panel with my image on the negative of the White glitter card I had cut to make embellishments as sometimes having both the die cut negative and the die cuts together on a card can really tie it together and it's on such pretty card which glistens in the light. I then placed five little butterflies fluttering up the right hand side of the card and a 'With Love' greeting on the opposite side where she it's pointing.

LOTV Christmas in July
Good evening everyone, hope you are well :-) Here I am with a Christmas in July project for the challenge at Lili of the Valley using one of my favourite stamps from last year. I coloured the image with Promarkers and Flexmarkers, then used Deco art glitter on the snow so it sparkles in the light. I then placed this on a brown card stock mat cut with the next size up nestie I used for the image. I then used Bo Bunny Snowfall papers for my base and as a border. I love these papers and the swirls in the background paper were perfect for this image. I then used Card Candy as embellishments and a 'Let it Snow' peel off. I dont usually use these but I like these ones and they go well with the tones in the papers.

Saturated Canary Catching Butterflies in Peach
Good morning everyone, hope you are well :-) Here I am with a card made using my new favourite Saturated Canary digi-she's gorgeous! I started by colouring her in Promarkers, Flexmarkers and Copics to match the peach tones in my My Minds Eye papers. I then placed her on a mat of peach glitter card cut round her as a border. I cut my main patterned paper in interesting angles and then placed it on two other patterned papers from the stack. I then used another as a border. I then embellished with butterflies cut from peach glitter card with a Memory box dies and the same for the butterfly border. Lastly I added a 'Happy Birthday' greeting.
