Good afternoon everyone, hope you are well :-) Here I am with one of my Christmas gifts I made for my friends and loved ones this year. It was relatively simple to make too, just took a little work :-) I started with a plain notebook from WH Smiths, Printable Canvas paper, Glue and Matt Varnish. I used Sarah Hurley 'I love Paris' kit for my background and elements. I cut the rose and 'Memories' sentiment with a white border round them. I glued them on my cover then varnished my notebook to finish.

An exciting new challenge for all my crafty friends!

Good evening everyone, hope you are well :-) I am here to announce something new for my blog that I hope you will all get involved in! :-) I quite often make items which don't fit into a 'card or scrapbook' page category and often struggle to find places to show these in blogland. I thought I would remedy this by making a new two monthly 'Anything goes' challenge where we can all inspire each other with the different crafts we have been playing with! :-) So I mean jewellery, altered items, knitting, etc etc.

I will choose items to showcase on my blog throughout the challenge with a link to your blog to show the talent out there and hold a draw every couple of months of all the entries to win prizes-this first challenge will be sponsored by the wonderful Sarah Hurley-you can drool over all her lovely items at her etsy store here!
