A Little Bit Crafty: Flower Power

Good morning everyone, I hope you are well! I am here with my DT card for our 'Flower Power' challenge at A Little Bit Crafty. I used a gorgeous image from a kit on Craft Artist software, which I die cut with a nestie. I paired this with Bo Bunny papers, complimenting cardstock, Papermania Autumn themed ribbons which complimented these and embellished with Papermania Butterflies. Lastly I added a 'Thinking of you' dome greeting.

We have some fabulous sponsors this time so please pop by and play along!

Crafty Ribbons/Fiskars LED canvas

Good afternoon everyone, hope you are well. I am here to share a backlit canvas using my Fiskars tools in a rather unusual way. I took the canvas off from the frame and folded it in half to randomly punch across the front of the canvas. I kept the cuttings for later. I then stapled the canvas back onto the frame. Next I stapled muslin fabric across the front of the canvas. I then added Clermont Cotton Lace across the bottom of the canvas as a border. I then got out my flexmarkers and coloured the punched canvas pieces in three complimentary colours. I then asked tiny gems to the centre of each and glued them randomly like flowers across the muslin fabric.

Alkaline Trio lyrics mixed media canvas

I am here to show you a canvas I created using printable cotton, cotton batting, plastic vintage style frame, acrylic paints, die cut foam, metal embellishments, glitters, texture pastes and nail caviar. The lyric fabric I created in a craft program then printed onto cotton, and placed in the frame after I had stuffed the frame with cotton batting.
