Crafty Ribbons 'Masculine/Transport' Challenge Nautical Canvas

Hey everyone, I am here with a project to show off the Nautical Ribbons collection at Crafty Ribbons for our 'Masculine/Transport challenge. Nautical is very much back in so it made a nice easy way to get involved and make a nice home decor gift on trend!

I had a plain canvas. I cut very carefully at each end of the canvas and threaded each ribbon through the front of the canvas and affixed these securely from the back of the canvas.

Crafty Ribbons/Fiskars LED canvas

Good afternoon everyone, hope you are well. I am here to share a backlit canvas using my Fiskars tools in a rather unusual way. I took the canvas off from the frame and folded it in half to randomly punch across the front of the canvas. I kept the cuttings for later. I then stapled the canvas back onto the frame. Next I stapled muslin fabric across the front of the canvas. I then added Clermont Cotton Lace across the bottom of the canvas as a border. I then got out my flexmarkers and coloured the punched canvas pieces in three complimentary colours. I then asked tiny gems to the centre of each and glued them randomly like flowers across the muslin fabric.

Alkaline Trio lyrics mixed media canvas

I am here to show you a canvas I created using printable cotton, cotton batting, plastic vintage style frame, acrylic paints, die cut foam, metal embellishments, glitters, texture pastes and nail caviar. The lyric fabric I created in a craft program then printed onto cotton, and placed in the frame after I had stuffed the frame with cotton batting.
