Inspirational Slate Heart Gift

Hey everyone, I hope you are well! I am here with a project to personalise a lovely slate heart I had in my stash. I used Stampin' Up stamps and white embossing powder to emboss an inspirational quote and butterfly decoration onto the heart to give as a gift.
Its simple and effective but you must be careful because the slate gets very hot so you should leave it for a while to cool!

I would like to enter this into the following challenges:
Inspiration Destination: Anything Goes
Simon says Stamp: Anything Goes
Alphabet Challenge: 'I' for Ink it up
Creative Fingers: Anything Goes
Crafty Girls Creations: Anything Goes

Thank you for looking and for all your lovely comments!

Crafty Ribbons/Fiskars LED canvas

Good afternoon everyone, hope you are well. I am here to share a backlit canvas using my Fiskars tools in a rather unusual way. I took the canvas off from the frame and folded it in half to randomly punch across the front of the canvas. I kept the cuttings for later. I then stapled the canvas back onto the frame. Next I stapled muslin fabric across the front of the canvas. I then added Clermont Cotton Lace across the bottom of the canvas as a border. I then got out my flexmarkers and coloured the punched canvas pieces in three complimentary colours. I then asked tiny gems to the centre of each and glued them randomly like flowers across the muslin fabric.

Thank you for visiting and for all your lovely comments!

Alkaline Trio lyrics mixed media canvas

I am here to show you a canvas I created using printable cotton, cotton batting, plastic vintage style frame, acrylic paints, die cut foam, metal embellishments, glitters, texture pastes and nail caviar. The lyric fabric I created in a craft program then printed onto cotton, and placed in the frame after I had stuffed the frame with cotton batting.
