Parkstone Pink Flowers Friend Swap

Good evening everyone, hope you are well :-) I am here with another card to write my positive message swap for my friends on, that way its easier for them to keep safe, rather than just on a piece of paper :-) I used a Stampin' Up flower stamp and ink, then I coloured shaded parts with copics. I die cut the cardstock with spellbinders dies, and did the same for the inside message. I used Papermania Parkstone pink papers and bows, with ribbon from American crafts.  The inside for the message.  I would like to enter this into the following challenges: Crafty Creations Challenges: White plus One Fab n Funky Challenges: Flower Power Delightful Challenges: Bloom CMC Challenge: Anything Goes Sweet Stampin': Lots of Layers Addicted to Stamps: Anything Goes 4 Krafty Girlz: Anything Goes Hiding in my Craft Room: Flowers

Crafty Ribbons Easter Showcase

Good morning everyone, hope you are well :-) I am here with an altering project for our Easter Showcase at Crafty Ribbons. We have inspiration and prizes for you each day for the holidays and on Monday we have a Bunny Hop so please pop by and join in!
For this project I used Chocolate ribbons from Crafty Ribbons and some special glue for fabric as general glues seep through the ribbon and look messy! I covered the handle with 'Keep calm and eat Chocolate' ribbon and on the basket I used a general chocolate sentiments ribbon. I then added polka dot felt to the base of my basket as a lining. Its a simple few additions that really personalise the gift. Be sure to pop by Crafty Ribbons and get involved!

Crafty Ribbons Anything Goes with Ribbon

Good morning everyone, hope you are well :-) I am here with my Anything Goes with Ribbon project for our Crafty Ribbons Challenge. I used their Chocolate Ribbons and some of their buttons on die cut flowers I made from felt to decorate an easter die cut plain felt bag :-) I used special fabric glue to affix the ribbon to the handle, and to put together the felt flower, button and bag. A simple altering project which makes the bag much more personal :-) I would like to enter this into the following challenges: Cutie Pie Challenge: Cute Easter Bunnies or Anything But a Card Altered Eclectics: Anything Goes Everybody Art Challenge: Anything Goes Decorate to Celebrate: Easter Party Decorations Crafting by Designs: Anything Goes Rhedd and Rosies: Anything Goes Thank you for looking and for all your lovely comments!

Every Day is a Special Occasion Card

Good morning everyone, hope you are well :-) I am here with a card I made to contain a special message for my friendship positive message swap with my friends. This one is obviously for my friend Kirstin! I used My Mind Eye papers, and used the paper with a frame to write her name inside with my fountain pen. I then decorated this frame with a light pink butterfly. I cut the dress form and sentiment paper and made it into a focal point for my card. I matted it on pink cardstock, and embellished with pink gems and a butterfly. I then made a border with paper, rose ribbon from Crafty Ribbons, scalloped cardstock and pearls and then placed my image on one side of this. Lastly I used glitter domes for the top left hand corner. A Special Masculine Scrapbook

Good morning everyone, hope you are well :-) I am here with a special scrapbook I have made for my friend John, hes one of my oldest friends so I decided to make a little scrapbook with snapshots from our adventures over the years. For this project I used Papermania All Aboard Papers, Die cut stickers and Ribbons, a chipboard scrapbook and a ornate frame I used on the front of the scrapbook from Papermania Madame Payraud collection. I thoroughly covered the page with the papers, on one side I scored around the chipboard and I cut out with about an inch border each side of the score marks then I used double sided tape on the reverse side to fold the paper over the edge to cover the chipboard edges. Then on the other side I just cut a page to the size of the page so I covered the tabs from covering the edge. I inked the edges with Distress inks. I made pockets using cardstock and covered this in All Aboard papers, and I made pull out sections from printed images on the papers like this…

A Special Scrapbook

Good afternoon everyone, hope you are well :-) I am here with another project for my friend swap-swapping pretty positive messages to celebrate my birthday to make everyone smile :-) This is for my friend Sarah who is one of my oldest friends so I thought I would add photos of some of our adventures to her message so made a mini scrapbook :-) I used a concertina scrapbook I have had in my stash for a while, which I paired with My Minds Eye Wild Asparagus papers and ribbons and I will tell you where my elements came from on the details of each photo :-) On my front cover I covered with two of my favourite papers from the pack, some polka dot ribbon and a chipboard sentiment I got in a scrapbooking kit a long time ago. My first two pages I covered all with the papers, then decorated with a 'You are wonderful' die cut greeting from a SEI kit, the other pages sentiments are from the same set from the front cover. I die cut butterflies out of MME papers and set self adhesive gems …
