Flower Fairies Pastels

Here is a Flower Fairies card I made using a blue pastel negative that I had used to create a pastel blue circle with my nesties, a circle to fit over the middle covered in two of the 'Rose Garden' papers, with a pink polka dot ribbon between the two. I then used a Flower Fairies Chipboard I got free with 'Lets Make Cards' magazine. I used a blue polka dot ribbon and pink gingham to frame the image on either side, and a 'Thank you' greeting along the top corner. I stuck a blue pearl star embellishment between the two ribbon borders.

Crafty Ribbons/Fiskars LED canvas

Good afternoon everyone, hope you are well. I am here to share a backlit canvas using my Fiskars tools in a rather unusual way. I took the canvas off from the frame and folded it in half to randomly punch across the front of the canvas. I kept the cuttings for later. I then stapled the canvas back onto the frame. Next I stapled muslin fabric across the front of the canvas. I then added Clermont Cotton Lace across the bottom of the canvas as a border. I then got out my flexmarkers and coloured the punched canvas pieces in three complimentary colours. I then asked tiny gems to the centre of each and glued them randomly like flowers across the muslin fabric.

Thank you for visiting and for all your lovely comments!

Alkaline Trio lyrics mixed media canvas

I am here to show you a canvas I created using printable cotton, cotton batting, plastic vintage style frame, acrylic paints, die cut foam, metal embellishments, glitters, texture pastes and nail caviar. The lyric fabric I created in a craft program then printed onto cotton, and placed in the frame after I had stuffed the frame with cotton batting.
