Butterfly Engagement

Good evening everyone, hope you are well :-) Here I am with a card I made for my cousins engagement. I used Echo Park papers. I started with the Script paper and edged it with pink ink. I then cut butterflies out of the papers and some out of glitter card. I then edged these with pink ink too. I placed the butterflies across the card and folded them up as if flying. The large butterfly has two layers of wings, out of glitter card and paper on top. I then embellished the paper butterflies with gems.
I then added pearls in the top corner, then added some to a label shape where I added my sentiment.

I would like to enter this into the following challenges:
Paper Play Challenges: Summer Lovin'
Party Time Tuesdays: Vintage or Shabby Chic
Corrosive Challenges: Not too Shabby
ATC's and Cards with Attitude: Anything Goes
Fat Pages and Cards with Attitude: Anything Goes

Thank you for looking and for your lovely comments :-)

Crafty Ribbons/Fiskars LED canvas

Good afternoon everyone, hope you are well. I am here to share a backlit canvas using my Fiskars tools in a rather unusual way. I took the canvas off from the frame and folded it in half to randomly punch across the front of the canvas. I kept the cuttings for later. I then stapled the canvas back onto the frame. Next I stapled muslin fabric across the front of the canvas. I then added Clermont Cotton Lace across the bottom of the canvas as a border. I then got out my flexmarkers and coloured the punched canvas pieces in three complimentary colours. I then asked tiny gems to the centre of each and glued them randomly like flowers across the muslin fabric.

Thank you for visiting and for all your lovely comments!

Alkaline Trio lyrics mixed media canvas

I am here to show you a canvas I created using printable cotton, cotton batting, plastic vintage style frame, acrylic paints, die cut foam, metal embellishments, glitters, texture pastes and nail caviar. The lyric fabric I created in a craft program then printed onto cotton, and placed in the frame after I had stuffed the frame with cotton batting.
