Tim Holtz Vintage Shabby Chic Canvas

Good afternoon everyone, hope you are all well and enjoying the blissful weather! Here I am with a Canvas I have made for my brother to give to a colleague, I hope she likes it!
I used a plain white canvas, and cut out Butterflies with Spellbinders dies, and a flower with Tim Holtz Tattered florals die out of Tim Holtz Vintage Shabby cardstock. I arranged these and folded and shaped them how I liked the look of them-where they are light cardstock they have the strength to do this where paper wouldn't.
I then glued them on with strong glue, and stamped around them with assorted flourish stamps I own in Distress inks.
Lastly I added stamped corners and a button which complimented my design as the flower centre.
What do you think?

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to all my followers, you have really kept me pushing to improve my art and craft, and I really appreciate the time you spend visiting and leaving me such wonderful comments! Crafty Ribbons/Fiskars LED canvas

Good afternoon everyone, hope you are well. I am here to share a backlit canvas using my Fiskars tools in a rather unusual way. I took the canvas off from the frame and folded it in half to randomly punch across the front of the canvas. I kept the cuttings for later. I then stapled the canvas back onto the frame. Next I stapled muslin fabric across the front of the canvas. I then added Clermont Cotton Lace across the bottom of the canvas as a border. I then got out my flexmarkers and coloured the punched canvas pieces in three complimentary colours. I then asked tiny gems to the centre of each and glued them randomly like flowers across the muslin fabric.

Thank you for visiting and for all your lovely comments!

Alkaline Trio lyrics mixed media canvas

I am here to show you a canvas I created using printable cotton, cotton batting, plastic vintage style frame, acrylic paints, die cut foam, metal embellishments, glitters, texture pastes and nail caviar. The lyric fabric I created in a craft program then printed onto cotton, and placed in the frame after I had stuffed the frame with cotton batting.
